Who we’re looking for:
Final-year student or recent graduate with creative skills and legal knowledge, who prefers a later start to their day.
What matters to us:
- Content & Visuals Development: You can brainstorm formats, visually communicate complex ideas, edit articles, and use tools like Canva to make social media posts look professional.
- Legal & Business Basics: You understand how legal processes flow and know the terminology.
- Excellent English: You can write high-level business emails with zero “language barrier” feel.
- Mindset: You are proactive, detail-oriented, creative, and a critical thinker.
- Availability: You are ready for full-time work with the afternoon/evening focus to ensure consistent overlap during US Eastern Time (EST).
What you’ll work on:
- Content creation and repurposing for social media, blogs, and other platforms, working on a full cycle from brainstorming ideas to their execution;
- Email drafting;
- Communication with contractors to relay instructions and track task progress;
- Scheduling meetings and setting up Google Calendar events to ensure an organized workflow;
- Handling day-to-day tasks and coordinating to keep the practice running smoothly.
